"I sent Brian an e-mail with my thoughts on how he did it (I was wrong) and he pointed out that only 4 other magicians have the answer (and they had to buy it off Brian), and otherwise it is a perfectly unique trick (my words, not his).
It is based on a mentalist's trick, but his version goes way beyond that. So, unless you guys are better than Brian and most other magicians...well, I'll just say good luck!"

I was doing the q-tip trick and I got it a bit farther back but It felt like it hit a spot and it wouldn't go any further. Whenever I took it out I sneezed like crazy too. I'd say half way if far enough though.
